Haven't updated in a while, but I guess I haven't had much to write about. Life has been pretty consistent lately. Mostly good, kinda routine. Yeah... I'm really not sure what to write about. I went swimming tonight with Dalton and Andrew. Chris and Jenn went earlier so we saw them for a bit once we got there. I'm getting the hang of doing flips off the diving board, but now I can't seem to dive properly anymore. Once I master a flip-dive I won't care anyway... then I might think about evolving to the higher board.

Work is still going well. I'm in charge of two smaller projects, which should be finishing up next week sometime, successfully if all goes well. Then I'll have a new project to start right away, and another shortly after. I like that things are still not too stressful, yet anyway.

I stole Chris' acoustic guitar last week which allows me to practice a little bit most evenings. I feel like I'm making slow progress, but I still can't really "play" anything, let alone play and sing along. I still hope someday to be a "competent" guitar player at the very least.

I've got my first Charlottetown haircut appointment on Saturday. I'm gonna try a spot called "Freedom Hair Inc." that Darcy and Jenn recommended. I hope it turns out well.

The weather has been becoming steadily colder lately. Fall is definitely for real. I miss the Summer already... I'm disappointed about how few beach days I managed to accumulate. Oh well I think it will be a fun Winter at least.

We had a bit of a birthday weekend for Andrew on Friday and Saturday. Alison wanted to plan a surprise thing for him on Saturday, but in order for that to work, we had to take him out Friday, so we did. We went out to the Gate for drinks and supper. It was a pretty good time. Justin, Mike, Noel and Jon came out. Afterwards we hung out at Andrew's for a bit and played games.

Saturday Andrew was expecting to go to the Gahan for a date with Alison, but it didn't turn out that way! Jon, Noel and I, as well as Alison's friends Bridget and Gillian were there waiting for them. We got a few "buddys" of beer and had some supper, then went back to my house to hang out, eat some cake and play Rock Band with my roommates. It was a pretty good time.

Oh and HUGE video game related news. The fan-made Mother 3 translation patch came out on Friday. I have been waiting YEARS to play this game, so I have been putting some time into it since then. It's a fantastic game but I don't want to play too much and finish it quick.
