Wow a full month with no updates! So much for writing more frequently. I've been doing lots of website work lately, some paid, some free. I redesigned the sevlog admin area to be wider and have bigger fonts, which probably means nothing to any of you... I'm also working on a pretty large site with Ryan that may get a preliminary launch kinda soon. It's very awesome looking.

I guess lots of stuff happened last month, but it'll be impossible to remember most of it. There was a pretty sweet party at my place for St. Patrick's day at some point. (Pictures on Facebook.)

Noel had an interview at Sculpin QA yesterday which went really well so there's a chance he'll be working with me for a month or so. There's also a chance he'll take a room at my place in Charlottetown, which would be pretty fun. I hope he can hold onto his house though, cause Joey is coming home next month and we'll need a place to barbecue in the summer.

I went to see a movie with Sarah and her friends Zhu and Don earlier in the week. Called The Haunting in Connecticut? It was the first time I've been to the movies since the day I moved to Charlottetown I think. It turned out to be a pretty good scary movie, but I had never heard of it and wasn't expecting much.

Jaclyn's working downstairs at the ATC with Ocean 100 for her on the job training so we went for lunch Monday to Cedar's. I haven't actually seen her much these last few weeks but apparently she hung out with Kalon and Craig on the weekend at the Crazy Neighbor.

Last Friday I went to supper with Sarah at her friend's house, which just happens to be practically across the street from my house. It was an Asian style hot-pot. Basically a different version of fondue where everyone chucks meat and vegetables into a shared pot to cook (filled with hot stew instead of oil) and then puts the cooked food onto noodles to eat. The food was very good but surprisingly spicy. After supper we did karaoke for a few hours.

It looks like the weather might stay above freezing for the next full week. I'm hoping this means Spring days are here at last! (There's a lot of rain involved, but that'll clear out all this leftover snow I hope.) I can't wait to wear shorts!

I've been so busy with website stuff lately! Almost seems like anytime I'm not at my day job I'm working on one web project or another. This is a great thing though, as I really enjoy doing it. I might have a semi-large project do a partial launch in the next week or so... it should be cool. I did my taxes over the weekend, and realized that I owe quite a bit thanks to the extra work I did last year. It seems a little unfair, but I guess all I can do is be better prepared next time.

Went home last weekend. Cause it was Easter. I took Andrew, Alison and Mike with me. We had a little barbecue at Noel's on Saturday. Got Gigantico burgers and lots of other stuff from the Superstore. (I found a copy of Elite Beat Agents there and got it for ten bucks!) After eating we played lots of Rock Band 2.

Sunday morning my family had an Easter brunch at my house. After that I went to dad's place to fix the internet on Jason's laptop, then went to Noel's for a bit, and then back to my dad's for supper.

I was gonna go to a show at Baba's Sunday night but turns out it was cancelled! I really wanted to go too. Chris has a show there on Thursday so that'll sorta make up for it.

After work today I played with Josh's drums a bit. They're always accessible in our garage so maybe I'll try to learn how to play em a bit.

Lots has gone on in the last couple days, but I still feel like I had a not so exciting weekend. Weird. Thursday night I went out to Baba's after swimming to see The Sidewalks play with Dead Airwaves and Something Delicious. Something Delicious was pretty awesome. I'd have a hard time describing what they sound like, but it's loud! (So loud that I had to retreat after two songs to save my hearing.) The Sidewalks put on a great show and it seemed the crowd was even more into it than usual.

Friday night Chris wanted to go out for Gahan beer. Jenn was out with a few friends so she got us a big table to share. Chris, Noel, Josh and I split two little buddies and a LOT of snack food. I think this is the third or fourth weekend in a row I've gone to the Gahan. (Some weekends going twice!) Such a great spot. Me and Noel just kinda hung out at the house for the rest of the night. He's thinking of moving in sometime, which should be pretty cool.

I spent most of yesterday working on a big programming job, and then last night I went to Nathan's barbecue birthday party with Chris and Jenn. We watched Hot Rod and Detroit Rock City and had a few drinks, then around eleven went out to the Wave for "drink the bar dry" night. I saw Alison and Gillian there, and then later ran into Don and Zhu. It ended up not being an overly exciting night, but I'm kinda glad I finally got to check out the Wave. (Even though it's now closed for the Summer so I won't be going back any time soon.) I got home around two in the morning and decided to watch 28 Days Later since I had the upstairs to myself. (Andrew and Tasha are in Cuba until later this week.)
